November kicks off the holiday season at SDBG! From November 18 through January 1, Lightscape will illuminate evenings at San Diego Botanic Garden with more than one million holiday lights, tunnels, fire, sculptures and artistic installations. Following sold-out runs in the world’s largest cities, including London, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, Lightscape arrives at the 37-acre botanic garden in Encinitas for the holiday season. Set along a beautifully illuminated, one-mile walking trail custom-designed for SDBG, Lightscape features spectacular artistic installations that come to life after dark with color, imagination and sound. Lightscape includes concession stands, so bring your debit or credit cards to enjoy the drinks and food that will be available for purchase, as Lightscape is a cash-free event. Lightscape will take place rain or shine and includes uneven and hilly terrain along its one-mile trail, so please dress accordingly and wear sturdy walking shoes to navigate the path. Lightscape will take place on all scheduled nights unless there is a severe weather advisory and guests will be notified via the email addresses used for registration. The Garden Shuttle service that operates during the day will not be running for this event. Event Parking
Parking is paid and required for all vehicles parking at designated event sites. Book your parking now and save! Be sure to choose the same day as your Lightscape ticket when you reserve!
Prices: Advanced parking is $10 per vehicle. Onsite purchase parking is limited, and if available, is $20 per vehicle, due upon arrival.

San Diego Botanic Garden Winter Hours
The Garden will switch over to Winter hours beginning November 14 through January 1, closing daily at 4pm. Winter Hours of Operation: Open 9am - 4pm, Wednesday through Monday Closed Tuesdays
