NEWS: Forest Bathing at SDBG

Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a way of connecting people to nature. The positive health effects of simply being and walking in a state of relaxation in nature has undergone significant scientific testing and validation in Japan and South Korea.

Come experience for yourself this innovative programming that is trending in gardens and nature reserves across the country! In just two short hours, you’ll be surprised at how refreshed you’ll feel!
