“A Night in Nature” is the theme of San Diego Botanic Garden’s 18th annual Gala in the Garden. The Saturday, September 9th event promises to be the best ever with new musical entertainment and some brand new surprises for guests as they enjoy stunning floral décor, world-class cuisine, wine, spirits, and unique silent auction items.
The Paul Ecke Jr. Award of Excellence, which is bestowed annually at the Gala, is awarded this year to Ann Hunter-Welborn and David Welborn. This exceptional couple’s love for botanical education, combined with their longstanding generosity, makes this honor most fitting!
